Product Description
The MJ-M/FJ-M Series metric thread ball screws are engineered for
light to heavy industrial mechanical motion transfer applications.
Featuring an injection-molded reinforced nylon raceway, these units
provide low-maintenance operation with self-lubricating and
moisture-resistant properties. Constructed from cost-effective
low-carbon steel, the ball is nickel-plated and case-hardened for
enhanced corrosion resistance and extended wear durability, while
the body undergoes yellow dichromate treatment for additional
protection. Ideal for environments demanding low friction, minimal
moisture absorption, high wear resistance, and broad operating
temperature ranges (-40°C to 120°C), this series supports studded
configurations and right/left-handed thread options. Suitable for
robotics, material handling, and machinery requiring precision
metric threading, its design ensures reliability in harsh
industrial conditions.
