The COM Series offers cost-effective precision spherical bearings
for non-rotational OEM/MRO applications requiring press-fit plate
mounting. Engineered with a through-hardened 52100 steel ball, hard
chrome plated for corrosion resistance, and a low-carbon steel race oil-coated post-assembly for reduced
friction. Optimized ball-to-race conformity extends wear life,
while the integrated lubrication groove supports grease zerk
integration for low-maintenance operation. Optional PTFE-lined race versions enhance durability in high-load
environments, and custom sizing ensures compatibility with diverse
industrial designs. Ideal for heavy-duty machinery, hydraulic systems, and
plate-mounted assemblies demanding precision and affordability.
